The kitchen table, clutter central, is finally cleared. All paperwork is sorted, filed, or waiting to be scanned. All else is put away. Now, to keep it that way!
I haven’t gotten much else accomplished this weekend. I took a long nap yesterday then spent the rest of the afternoon and evening watching football. And, I’m watching football again this afternoon.
Yes, I love football. The Green Bay Packers are my team and have been since the Baltimore Colts packed up in the middle of the night, in the middle of a snow storm, and left Baltimore. I was born & raised in B’more, hence my disappointment.
The Packers, on the other hand, are owned by the fans. The team will never leave Green Bay. I like that. I like the fan loyality. Going to a Green Bay game at Lambeau field is on my list of things to do before I get too old to do things.
My husband says I’m crazy. How would I sit through a Packers game, in Wisconsin, when I hate cold weather? I don’t have a problem with it. It’s Green Bay! It’s Lambeau Field!
Taking a long nap yesterday helped my energy, although this nasty cold is still holding on. I can’t believe they haven’t yet found a cure for colds! What’s up with that?
At least something was accomplished yesterday. Baby steps. Small Victories. I’m going to try to make that work for me.
